Delivery & Refund Policy

Outlined below are the delivery policy and refund polices for the B2BSalesTool website.

Delivery Policy

Access to the website is via a user name/password created account when you subscribe to a subscription plan (see Terms of Use). The delivery of this access information is sent via email to the email address used to create the account.

All delivery notices are sent to the email address provided upon successful account creation. Therefore it is important to keep these details up-to-date. Use the Personal Details option on the My Details menu to make changes to your profile information.

Every effort is taken to ensure trouble free delivery so as not to be filtered as Spam or Blacklisted.

If anti-spamming software is installed on your computer, be sure to add the B2BSalesTool.com and Segmetrix.com domains as trusted/acceptable within your anti-spamming software.

Delivery times are usually within several mintues of a successful account creation and payment via our payment processor.

Subscription Payments

  1. All payments are handled by Segmetrix? payment processor (PayPal or NetBanx) who will complete subscription payments on our behalf. Segmetrix will not collect and will not store your billing information.
  2. When you sign up for Subscription Account and you don?t cancel that account within the 3 day trial period, you will be billed monthly by our payment processor starting on the 72 hours after your account was initially created. If you cancel prior to the processing of your first invoice on the 30th day, you will not be charged.
  3. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for past or current months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
  4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
  5. For any upgrade or downgrade in the plan level, or payment for Pre-Paid Download Credits, our payment processor will automatically charge the new rate on your next billing cycle.
  6. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. Segmetrix does not accept any liability for such loss.
  7. You agree to pay us, via our payment processor, the amount that is specified in the Subscription Plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and this Agreement. You hereby authorize our us, via our payment processor, to bill you in advance on a periodic monthly in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Plan until you terminate your account, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you dispute any charges you must let us know within thirty (30) days after the date that we invoice you.
  8. We reserve the right to change our prices. If we do, we will provide notice of the change on our website or in email to you, at our option, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect. Your continued use of the service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

Cancellation Policy

Users, who opt to pay monthly for their subscription, can cancel their subscription at any time without incurring any cancelation penalties, provided the notify us 7 days prior to the beginning of next month?s payment. Their B2BSalesTool account will remain functional as normal until the last day of the current months subscription. No payment will be taken thereafter.

  1. Cancellations can only be made via the Account Details pages of the site. Sending us emails requesting cancellation will not constitute a cancellation.
  2. Cancellation requests need to be received 7 days before the beginning of the next months payment, to ensure that we have time to process the cancellation request before the next month?s payment is due.
  3. However B2BSalesTool will not be held responsible for any delay in cancelling a subscription if requests are emailed to us. To ensure that cancellations are processed, please use the Cancel Subscription in your Account Details page.

Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations of pre-paid monthly subscriptions can be requested via the Account Details. Pre-Paid subscriptions carry a 30 day cancellation notification period.
  2. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
  3. The refunds will not exceed the amount Segmetrix received in advance for unused months beyond the current month month for which the claim is made for the Service.
  4. Pre-Paid Contact credits are non-refundable
  5. Additional Information, such as packaged analysis or packaged Segmetrix Lists or third party lists, that are procured from the Segmetrix Website or the Service are non-refundable.
